APP HELP CHANNELS

How to Reach Us When Something Goes Wrong in the App

App-specific issues — installation errors, biometric setup, push notification problems — are handled separately from general account queries so you reach someone who can actually resolve the technical side.

Team online

In-App Support Chat

Tap the help icon inside the app to open a live support chat. Agents are available around the clock and can see your device model and app version without you having to describe it.

Email Support

Write to our support address for non-urgent issues like install error screenshots or account-recovery requests. We aim for a response within four hours during Pakistan business hours.

Installation Help

If the APK install is blocked or the iOS profile fails to verify, our install walkthrough page covers every error message with a step-by-step fix specific to your device brand.

APP SECURITY SIGNALS

Why You Can Trust the ace778 App on Your Device

Every build we release goes through code signing before it reaches you. That signature is what your phone checks when you install — if the file were altered after we signed it...

Code-Signed Builds

Each APK and iOS build carries a cryptographic signature tied to the ace778 certificate. Your device verifies this signature at install time and will refuse any file that does not match.

No Third-Party Stores

We publish the Android APK only through this page and never through unofficial app markets. This removes the risk of a repackaged or modified version of the app reaching your device.

Account Recovery Flow

If you lose your phone, account recovery runs through your registered email and a secondary verification step. No one can access your account from a new device without completing both.

Session Timeout

The app logs out automatically after a period of inactivity. This protects your account if your phone is left unattended or shared, without you needing to remember to sign out manually.

Biometric Binding

Fingerprint and face unlock are bound to your specific device. Logging in on a new phone requires your password first before biometric is re-enabled, so a stolen device cannot bypass credentials.

In-App Permission Control

The app requests only the permissions it needs: camera for biometric, notifications for alerts, and storage for the cache. You can review and revoke each permission in your device settings at any time.

APP VS MOBILE BROWSER

How the App Compares to Opening ace778 in Your Browser

A mobile browser gets you into the lobby, but the app is built for how phones actually work — background processes, biometric APIs, and cached data that survive a network drop.

Login Speed

The app opens to biometric login in under three seconds. A browser session requires navigating to the site, waiting for assets to load, and typing credentials every time.

Push Notifications

The app delivers real-time alerts for live events and account activity. A browser tab only shows updates when it is open and in the foreground.

Offline Browsing

The app caches the lobby so you can browse games without a live connection. A browser tab requires a connection to load any content at all.

Deposit Flow

The app's quick-deposit sheet is one tap from any screen. In a browser, reaching the deposit page requires navigating the full menu hierarchy each time.

Live Stream Quality

The app manages video buffering using the device's native media player, which handles Pakistani mobile network conditions more gracefully than a browser-based player.

Screen Real Estate

The app hides the browser chrome — address bar, tab bar, system navigation — and uses that space for the lobby. On a mid-size phone this is a meaningful difference in visible content.

Frequently Asked Questions About the ace778 App

Yes, the app itself is free. Download the APK from this page on Android or find us on the App Store for iOS. Your account balance is separate from the app install cost, which is zero.

Google Play does not distribute gambling apps in Pakistan, so we distribute the APK directly. Enabling unknown sources for your browser is a one-time step. You can turn it off again after the install completes.

We support Android 8.0 and above. If your phone runs Android 8 or later and has at least 2 GB of RAM, the app will run. Older versions may experience slow loading on live streams specifically.

Yes, your ace778 account works across all platforms. Any deposits, bet history and account settings are shared in real time between the app and the desktop site through the same login credentials.

After signing in with your password for the first time on a new device, go to Settings inside the app and select Biometric Login. Follow the prompts to register your fingerprint or face ID in under a minute.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are all available through the app's deposit and withdrawal screens. The quick-deposit sheet lists all four and remembers your last-used method for faster repeat transactions.

Clear the app cache through your device settings first — this resolves most startup issues. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall using the latest APK from this page, then contact in-app support with your device model.
